Global Key Account Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Global key account manager with minimum 5 years in the Bimetallic bushings and bearings industrial markets 

The rightful candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with the company’s existing key accounts.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and sustaining connections with key accounts.
  2. Acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  3. Communicating and collaborating with the application engineering teams to develop new projects
  4. Compiling reports on account progress and make sure that CRM database is up to date.
  5. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.
  6. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client’s project.

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  1. Industrial Engineering background
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
  3. Proven experience in key account management.
  4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  5. The ability to build rapport with key customers
  6. Strong negotiation skills.
  7. Exceptional customer and communication service skills.
  8. Ability to travel

Global Sales Director

We are looking to hire seasoned Global Sales Director with minimum 15 years in the Bimetallic bearings and friction material in industrial markets 

Global Sales Director Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
  2. Create and manage an annual global sales plan, including market analysis, target setting, budgeting, and forecasting
  3. Direct the efforts of global key account managers in order to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  4. Work closely and coordinate the application engineering teams with the key account managers in order to acquire new business opportunities
  5. Understand customers’ needs and requirements and communicate them back to the relevant internal teams
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
  7. Hire, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  8. Monitor individual and team performance against targets and take corrective action when necessary
  9. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of the sales pipeline and forecast
  10. Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and build relationships

Global Sales Director Requirements:

  1. 10+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role
  2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  3. Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  4. Strong understanding of global markets and customer needs
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Ability to travel
  7. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
